NETSPAR Research Grants in Aging

Netspar invites proposals that contain new and original scientific research on various aspects of aging. In 2011 ten grants of € 10,000 will be distributed. Topics on the Netspar research agenda are:

• Risk management during working life, when pension capital is accumulated
• Risk management during retirement, when pension capital is decumulated
• The macro-economic risks and the growing heterogeneity of pension consumers
• Supervision of funded systems
• Intergenerational risk sharing and distribution
• Labor market
• Intra-generational heterogeneity and the position of the elderly
