Propionic Acidemia Foundation (PFA): grants for research on Propionic Acidemia

Advances research devoted to find treatments and a cure for propionic acidemia.

Two possible programs:

1) Research Projects – Basic and Clinical research designed to understand the molecular basis of the Propionic Acidemia (PA) pathology and explore possible therapeutic avenues for the treatment of this condition. Funding: $5,000-$50,000 for one year (competitive renewal for an additional year is possible).

2) Fellows Program – Supports a metabolic/genetic fellow working on a research project in PA. This salary is intended to supplement any existing institutional support for the trainee. Funding: $50,000 for one year.
