University of Southern California (USC): The Tyler Prize for Environmental and Medical Achievement

Tyler Prize is awarded for environmental science, health and energy conferring great benefit upon humanity. In particular he prize is awarded for outstanding contributions to:

• The protection, maintenance, improvement or understanding of an ecological or an environmental condition anywhere in the world
• The discovery, development or improvement of sustainable sources of energy
• Understanding, or improvements to, planetary health

Award is $250,000. Self-nominations are not accepted.
