Inserm (National Institute of Health and Medical Research)/ANR Antibiotic Resistance: Junior and Senior Research Positions

Candidates will develop research of excellence in the field of antibiotic resistance to enrich the research environment being built in France: The research project must be conducted in a French host laboratory.

Candidates should cover at least one of the following research themes:

• Dynamics and control of the emergence, transmission and spread of antibiotic resistance.
• Optimising the use of antibiotics in human and veterinary medicine.
• Individual, ethnological and sociological, economic, political and cultural determinants of antibiotic resistance.
• Therapeutic innovation.

Senior research positions:

• €1 million maximum over 18 to 60 months for each grant within a total budget of €4 million.

Junior research positions:

• €500,000 maximum over 48 to 60 months for each grant within a total budget of €3.5 million.
