Benign Essential Blepharospasm Research Foundation (BEBRF): Research Proposal on Cranial Dystonia

Funds research for new treatments, pathophysiology, and genetics of benign essential blepharospasm (BEB) and Meige Syndrome (cranial and oromandibular dystonia). Research into photophobia, dry eye, and apraxia of eyelid opening, and their treatment, will also be considered for funding. BEBRF is especially interested in research proposals in two areas: the use of medical marijuana and the use of neuroplasticity training. Research proposals must relate specifically to BEB and Meige. Funding: $50,000 for one year. No overhead.
