DARPA-BAA-10-83 - STO

Performance of research, development, design, and testing that directly supports the STO (Strategic Technology Office). This includes Communications, Networks and Electronic Warfare; Cyber; Energy and Self-Sufficient Operations; Finding Difficult Targets; Recapturing Surprise; and Core Strategic Technologies (see program overview at page 5 of the BAA).  Proposers are strongly encouraged to submit an executive summary in advance of a proposal. DARPA will attempt to review executive summaries within 30 calendar days after receipt. Deadline for full proposals is 07.09.2011
