MOST-BMBF: The German-Israeli Water Technology Cooperation Program

Joint German-Israeli projects, preferably multi-disciplinary, focused on solutions to the water problems in Israel and its direct neighbors and/or Germany.

• Multiresistant pathogens, genes or virus loads in waste water and surface water: tracking and counter-measures
• Quantifying and mitigating the impact of persistent mobile pollutants and/or microplastics on drinking water resources and freshwater systems

Projects should preferably include industrial partners and relevant stake holders too. Projects are funded for 3 years. A total budget of €1M for 3-5 projects.
