DOD-CDMRP: Spinal Cord Injury Research Program (SCIRP)– LOI

Clinical Trial Award:  Fund phase 0, 1, or 2 clinical trials with the potential to have a major impact on treatment or management of spinal cord injury (SCI) and its consequences.

Funding: $3M for 4 years.

Translational Research Award: Fund studies that accelerate the movement of promising ideas in SCI research into clinical applications.

Funding: $1.25M for 3 years

Investigator-Initiated Research Award: Fund SCI-related research that has the potential to make an important contribution to SCI research, patient care, and/or quality of life. • Studies focused exclusively on target identification are discouraged.

Funding: $500,000 for 3 years.
