webinar presenting 2021 request for proposals (RFP): February 9th, 17:00 via Zoom.

This RFP seeks proposals that develop data, materials, and/or processes to enable production of whole-cut meat and seafood products made from alternative proteins. Projects may focus on the development of novel ingredients, methods, tools, and technologies that enable production of whole-cut alternative protein products.

Funding: up to $250,000 for up to 2 years. Indirect costs - 10%.
