Cancer Research UK: Cancer Grand Challenges-expression of interest (EOI)

Supports Cancer research done by a worldwide multidisciplinary diverse team that has the potential to drive radical progress against cancer. Areas in focus: Cachexia, Dormancy, E-cigarettes, Extrachromosomal DNA, Inflammation, Macromolecules, Normal phenotypes, Senescence, Solid tumors in children. Funding: seed funding of up to £30,000 (c.$40,000) to get ideas off the ground and make a full proposal. Full project funding: up to £20m (c.$25m) over 5 years.
