Analysis of Patient-Reported Outcomes from Fox Insight

Seeks to fund analyses of the patient-reported outcomes (PROs) and genetic data collected through the Fox Insight study.

Funding: $100,000 for up to 1 year

Development and Validation of Improved Outcome Measures

Seeks applications to develop objective biomarkers that can support therapeutic development in Parkinson’s.

Funding: $750,000 for 2 years.

PIPETTE: 4R Tau and Alpha-Synuclein PET Tracer Development

The partnership’s goal is to accelerate the development of novel 4R tau and alpha-synuclein PET tracers for primary non-Alzheimer’s tauopathies, Parkinson’s disease, Lewy body dementia, frontotemporal dementia, and other neurodegenerative diseases. The PIPETTE Consortium seeks to pool ideas, expertise, and resources to enable improved diagnosis and treatment of multiple disorders.

Funding: $1M

Target Advancement Program

seeks applications that leverage and translate basic research to enable therapeutic development.

Funding: Up to $150,000 for 18 to 24 months

Therapeutic Pipeline Program: Seeks to speed the development of Parkinson’s disease therapeutics with potential for fundamentally altering disease course, significantly improving treatment or management of symptoms beyond current standards of care. Proposals should focus on strategies with clear impact for people with PD and well-defined development plans, which can include traditional pharmacological treatments, biological therapies, gene therapy, surgical, non-invasive/non-pharmaceutical or applied technology approaches.
Funding:

Pre-clinical Program - $500,000 up to 2 years

Clinical Program - $2,000,000 up to 3 years
