SFI Food Challenge: Future Innovator Prize 2020

Aims to reduce food loss and waste across the full breadth of the food supply chain from “farm to fork”, focus on: *Sustainable, low-waste production in marine, land and non-soil systems. *Supply chain innovations to minimize food waste. *Creation of circular bioeconomic opportunities from food waste. *Functional foods (fortified, enriched or enhanced foods). Funding: by steps - € 20K-200K for 3-9 Mo. and up to € 2M for 2 years.
