ABBOTT Company and the Israeli Ministry of Industry, Trade and Labor are announcing a new call for proposals which aims to integrate Israeli industries in research within ABBOTT Company.
 
Call Topics:

• Nucleic Acid Sequencing using solid-state nanopores
• Simplification of nucleic acid purification process
• Innovating ultrasensitive detection methods for immunoassays for use in microfluidic devices
• Novel immunoassay biomarkers in all therapeutic areas
• Label free detection – Technologies capable of detecting serum-based analytes without the use of labels (fluorescence, chemiluminescences …)
• Methylation – new ways to analyze methylation levels (gene specific and global)
• Non-invasive diagnostic technologies


Eligibilities:
Universities and non-university research establishments are invited to participate in the collaborative projects as subcontractors.

Financing:
Projects will receive up to 50% from the Israeli Ministry of Industry, Trade and Labor. Parallel finance assistance will be given from ABBOTT company as well as technological and regulator consulting, devices for R&D, laboratories for experiments etc.
