FP7-International Research Staff Exchange Scheme (IRSES)

This action aims to strengthen research partnerships through staff exchanges and networking activities between European research organisations and organisations from countries with which the Community has a science and technology agreement and countries covered by the European Neighborhood Policy. It is designed to establish or reinforce long-term research cooperation through a coordinated joint program involving the exchange of researchers for short periods.

Eligibilities:
At least two independent organisations established in different Member/Associated States, and one or more organisations from certain non-European countries.
