Basic Research Focus Areas ; High-Priority Technology Needs

HS is soliciting applications for international research projects that will contribute to homeland security science and technology.  Proposals must include both foreign and domestic institutions.

Proposals are requested, from basic research through proof-of-concept evaluations in support of at least one of the S&T Directorate’s 6 Divisions (Explosives, Chemical and Biological; Command, Control, and interoperability; Borders and Maritime Security; Human Factors; and Infrastructure and Geophysical).
