NSF-BSF Joint Program in Physics

(BSF deadline 3.12)

The program will accept collaborative research proposals in the following areas:

* Atomic Molecular and Optical Physics – Experiment and Theory;

* Gravitational Physics – Experiment and Theory;

* Integrative Activities in Physics;

* LIGO Research Support

Funding: for the Israeli partner- up to $80K/yr for experimental studies and $55K/yr for theoretical and computer based studies.

U.S. partner should contact appropriate NSF program manager to discuss the research. Israeli scientist with pending or active BSF-NSF grants are not allowed to submit (regular BSF grant is OK).
