U.S. DOD/DARPA (TTO): Disruptive Capabilities for Future Warfare – Executive Summaries

Aim: to enable disruptive capabilities in air, ground, marine, space environments. Topics include: undeterrable air presence, autonomous agents for ground combat, delivering force projection from the sea using less costly and vulnerable assets, proliferated architecture of commodity spacecraft, sensors, and systems. Funding: up to $1M for 18 months.
