NSF-BSF-NIH Joint Program in Computational Neuroscience (CRCNS)

Collaborative Research in Computational Neuroscience (CRCNS)-Innovative Approaches to Science and Engineering Research on Brain Function. US partner a must, may also involve collaborators from Germany, France, Japan, Spain. Total budget for the whole project may not exceed $250K. Please note “data sharing” requirements. Please also read carefully the NSF solicitation document in order to understand the nature of the program.

Funding: for the Israeli partner- up to $85K / yr for experimental studies and $55K/yr for theoretical and computer based studies. The U.S. partner should contact the appropriate NSF program manager to discuss the research focus of the international project.
