US-Israel Binational Agricultural Research and Development Fund (BARD): Senior Research Fellowship

This program aims to promote established scientists from the United States to come to Israel to contribute to agricultural research activities by engaging in one or more of the following:

*participate in a joint short research endeavor

* introduce innovative methods and techniques in the Israeli host's lab

* interact with students in the host’s lab or other Israeli laboratories to support and encourage their research endeavours

* give lecture series

 * participate in seminars, workshops and other exchanges of scientific knowledge with Israeli counterparts in departments and institutions outside those of the host’s lab

Award duration: 2-12 months.

Funding: $3,000/month + a onetime allocation of $2,000 for travel.
