MOST-BMBF: The German-Israeli Water Technology Cooperation Program

(Research Authority deadline: June 24. MOST deadline: June 27)

Joint German-Israeli R&D projects, preferably multi-disciplinary, focused on solutions to the water problems in Israel and its direct neighbors and/or Germany. Projects should preferably include also industrial partners. Projects are funded for 3 years. The funding amount is not specified. Past years average requests were around €70K/year in Israel and €105K/year in Germany. Specific topics for 2018:

- Sustainable technologies for remediation of contaminated soil and groundwater

- Novel sensors and data management for water resources systems (water systems safety / improved water production / agricultural productivity)
