NSF-BSF Joint Program in Physics (BSF deadline 9.12)

Joint U.S.-Israel projects, specific areas described in the link below. Funding: for the Israeli partner- up to 70,000$/year for experimental programs and up to $40,000/year for theoretical or computer based program for 3 years.

* Nuclear Physics – Experiment and Theory;

* Elementary Particle Physics – Experiment;

* Particle Astrophysics - Experiment

U.S. partner should contact appropriate NSF program manager to discuss the research. Israeli scientist with pending or active BSF-NSF grants are not allowed to submit (regular BSF grant is OK).
