USAID/Gates Foundation: Saving Lives at Birth – expression of interest

Seeking creative solutions to address roadblocks to healthy pregnancies and births in three domains: * science & technology * service delivery * demand. Interventions sought: * substantially increase demand for and access to primary health interventions for women and newborns * substantially improve the quality of care as measured by health outcomes * and improve and sustain healthy behaviors. Three-page expression of interest. Seed & validation projects $400,000/2 yrs; transitional projects approximately $800,000 USD for up to 24 months.
