Pilot and Feasibility Awards (LOI)

Developing and testing new hypotheses and/or new methods, and to support promising new investigators. Proposed work must be hypothesis-driven and must reflect innovative approaches to critical questions in CF research.

Funding: $50K per year for 2 yrs (8% for indirect costs)

Clinical Research Award: provides support for investigator-initiated clinical research projects that have the potential to make an important contribution to the CF Foundation’s mission. Clinical research projects may address diagnosis, treatment, management of disease or symptom, or the pathophysiology of CF.

Funding: US$150,000/year for a single center Clinical Research Award · US$350,000/year for a multi-center Clinical Research Award (8% indirect costs) Duration: up to 3 years.
