amFAR – the Foundation for AIDS Research: Investment Grants: Bringing Bioengineers to Cure HIV (Letter of intent)

Aim: to harness technology developed by bioengineers to solve the problems posed by the viral reservoir. Recent advances in nanomachines, synthetic biomarkers, in vivo sensors, multi-omic single cell platforms and other technologies have yet to be evaluated for their usefulness in curing HIV. Funding: up to $1.5 million over four years in three phases.
