Aim: promote collective, global scale, research projects in the humanities and the social sciences that address future challenges relating to global health, climate change, migration, demographic change, terrorism, by interdisciplinary groups of international researchers from European as well as non-European (at least 2) countries. At least one principal investigator from Germany, Sweden, or the UK is recommended. Funding: €500K – €900 for up to 4 years (8-10 project awards expected).
