BSF: Transformative Science Grants - Preliminary proposals

By Transformative Science, BSF refers to "Research driven by ideas that have potential to radically change our understanding of an important scientific concept, or lead to the creation of a new paradigm, or a new field of science ...non-conventional and high risk ideas that involve scientific breakthroughs and not interested in technological breakthroughs that are not associated with scientific ones".
Funding: $100,000/year for 3 years. Up to 2 grants will be approved each year. All areas of research are eligible. BSF allows current grantees or applicants in the regular program to submit to this program. Applicants will not be allowed to submit a pre-proposal to the program in consecutive years.
