Rettsyndrome.org: Funding Opportunities LOI

-Translational Research Program HeART (Help Accelerate RTT Therapeutics) awards are designed to promote the development and testing of therapeutics to treat and reverse Rett syndrome. Funding: up to $75K/yr for 2 years;

-Basic Research Program to promote the understanding of MeCP2 in the pathogenesis of the neurobehavioral phenotype of Rett syndrome, better understanding of the underlying pathology of the disorder leading to an amelioration of the symptoms and a cure for RTT. Funding: up to $75K / yr for 2 years.

- Mentored Training Fellowship supports scientists early in their career in both basic and clinical research areas of Rett syndrome. Funding: up to $50K / yr for 2 years.

- Neuro-Habilitation Program research for cognitive therapies, physical therapies, occupational therapies and speech therapies, will aimed at maximizing function and abilities. Funding: up to $75K / yr for 2 years.
