Goal: advanced revolutionary research and development of innovative systems for military missions that will enable improvements to the efficiency and effectiveness of the military, in the following focus areas: Ground Systems, Maritime Systems, Air Systems, and Space Systems. Proposals may be submitted at any time while this solicitation is open. (Summaries should be mailed in advance of deadline, to allow time for response and proposal submission).
