- Pilot Awards: Small-scale projects or early-stage experiments that will enable building on preliminary data submitted by those new to the field of autism are encouraged. $125,000 per year/2 years. - SFARI Research Award: investigators with demonstrated expertise in autism seek support for compelling, high-impact research on experimental hypothesis where in most cases preliminary data have already been gathered, or will also consider two or more labs exploring a central hypothesis where success is dependent on close collaboration. $250,000 per year/3 years. |
