(full proposal deadline 14.8) Projects to advance our understanding of the genetic basis of autism, and begin to assess genetic variants conferring risk in non-coding regions and in coding regions of the genome that may be less accessible to whole-exome sequencing (WES); agency seeks applications from investigators planning to develop innovative and efficient ways to analyze WGS data from the 500 SSC families. Funding: up to $250,000 over 18 months. |
