Prostate Cancer Foundation: Movember-PCF Challenge Awards for Metastatic, Lethal Prostate Cancer

Aim: Support for large-scale research project (a team of at least 3 PIs, one young) concerning metastatic lethal prostate cancer. Focus areas include: • New systemic treatments including those targeting the currently ‘undruggable’. • First-in-field research on new targets • Mechanisms of resistance to drugs • Developing or validating biomarkers • Tumor microenvironment signaling • Immunotherapy • New bioinformatics technologies.
Funding: Up to $1 million over 2 years.
