* Putting women and Girls at the Center of Development: How to effectively reach and empower the most vulnerable women and girls to improve health and development. $500,000 for 2-yr exploratory grant; $2.5-million for 4-year grant.

* Creating and Measuring Integrated Solutions for Healthy Birth, Growth, and Development: enabling children to thrive. $500,000 for 2-years or $2.5-million for 4 years.

* New Interventions for Global Health: This challenge focuses on innovative concepts for vaccines, therapeutics, and diagnostics with the potential to be translated into safe, effective, affordable, and widely utilized interventions to protect against the acquisition, progression, or transmission of infectious diseases, or to provide a cure for infectious diseases, in resource‐limited settings.$10,000,000 over 4 years or pilot awards of up to $2,000,000 for 4 years.
