Kure-It-AACR Research Grant for Immunotherapy in Kidney Cancer

The Kure-It-AACR Research Grant for Immunotherapy in Kidney Cancer represents a joint effort to promote and support innovative cancer research to study immunological aspects of, or treatments for, kidney cancer. Research projects should advance the basic knowledge of tumor immunology mechanisms, or develop new concepts in the  treatment, control, or prevention of kidney cancer by immunology-based therepeutic approaches. Proposed projects may be basic, translational, clinical or epidmeiological in nature and must focus on cancer immunology including, but not limited to: immune recognition, regulation, tumor escape, and therepeutic manipulation for kidnety cancer. AACR membership is required. Nonmembers interested in this grant opportunity must submit a satisfactory application for AACR Associate Membership by Tuesday, December 2, 2014. Projects funded will be for 2-years with award of $250,000.
