NIH: Non-Traditional Therapeutics that Limit Antibacterial Resistance (R21/R23)

Funding early-stage translational research projects focused on discovery and development of novel non-traditional therapeutics that provide alternative treatment modalities for infected patients and address the growing health care threat of increasing antibiotic resistance. Project funds limited to $275,000 indirect costs over the two-year project period. The R33 phase is limited to $300,000 in direct costs per year for up to three years (5 years total limit).
