Scleroderma Research Foundation: Molecular Pathogenesis and New Intervention in Scleroderma RFA

Development/advancement of our understanding of the pathogenesis of scleroderma and to pilot test a hypothesis-driven innovative therapeutic approach from those currently in the field or new to the field. Three types of funding mechanisms:

1-     Investigator-initiated research grant: provides for a larger-scale project. Funds $200,000/3 years.

2-     Exploratory/development research grant: provides for experienced researchers to take a cross-disciplinary approach on a smaller-scale project. Funds $75,000/2 years.

3-     New faculty grant: enables investigator to establish an independent program. $125,000/2 years.
