Ministry of Defense / MAFAT: Cyber-security

MAFAT solicits new ideas applicable to Cyber-security. Please note: the call requires sending a sentence, a title for the research concept ASAP. MAFAT will chose the most relevant ideas and approach the proposers for detailed applications, to be submitted by the deadline,  11.9. There are 4 calls for proposals:
#1401 – Adaptive networks, Autonomous networks, Moving target defense computer networks, Software defined networking, Self-morphing computers.
#1402 – Artificial immune systems – Close the gap between immunology and engineering by developing applications and techniques such as mathematical and computational modeling of immunology, abstraction from those models into algorithm (and system) design and implementation in the context of engineering for cyber security purpose.
#1403 – Cyber capabilities related to: Real-time operating systems, Embedded systems, RF communication interface, Computer-Weapon interface, Monitoring and identification of weapon attacks, Weapon forensics.
#1404 – Small, inexpensive detector of unwelcome RF transmissions in the vicinity of computerized work environments. The detector should alert only to transmissions within a predetermined volume, should be able to address a wide spectrum of frequencies, should identify but not alert to legitimate office transmissions.
