U.S Department of Homeland Security: Cyber Security BAA 14-R-B0005 - White Papers

The current solicitations are issued in the framework of the "5-Year DHS Cyber Security Broad Agency Announcement (BAA)". They will support research projects in 3 types of classification depending on the maturity of the technology proposed. The Classification also determines the time frame and funding level: Type I - New Technologies, funding for 3 years; Type II - Prototype Technologies, funding for 2 years; Type III - Mature Technologies, funding for 1 year. This preliminary stage requires submission of a 7 page "white papers" to include a cover page, 5 pages of technical content and a one-page quad chart.
