ELRHA: Research for Health in Humanitarian Crises (R2HC) - Letter of Intent

Call for research that will strengthen the evidence base around public health interventions in humanitarian crises. Proposals should address interventions to improve health outcomes in the context of a humanitarian crisis. Research may consider of the following public health topics: communicable disease control, non-communicable disease, sexual & reproductive health, mental and psychosocial health, injury and physical rehabilitation, nutrition, water/sanitation/hygiene (WASH) shelter and health systems. Research consortia must include both research institutions and operational organizations. Applicants from higher income countries are encouraged to collaborate with partners from lower and middle income countries. A total fund of up to £4M is available this year (for about 10 grants) for a maximum duration of 24 months.
