ICA is soliciting research proposals in basic and clinical research, epidemiologic, epidemiologic-genetic, and behavioral research related to cancer and Personalized Medicine.
* Research Grants: 45,000 NIS for 1st year + 30,000 NIS for the 2nd year. Preference is given to the following proposals: those with potential clinical application that are submitted by teams of clinicians and basic science researchers; those submitted by young researchers; or proposals by clinicians dealing with behavioral or epidemiological issues.
* The best five proposals will be offered Excellence Grants in amount of 180,000 NIS each over 2 years.
- One grant is dedicated to a collaboration project with Dutch researchers;
- One Grant is dedicated to research in Stomach Cancer;
- One grant in amount of 150,000 NIS is dedicated to research in the Effects of Environmental and/or Epidemiologic Factors in Cancer.
