US Israel Binational Agricultural Research and Development Fund (BARD): NIFA-BARD International Partnership – National Integrated Water Quality Program

(Israelis are urged to fill BARD forms by June 15, US Applications by July 3)
Aim: to aid decision making so as to optimize the allocation of water use between productive and environmental uses. Project scale should target farm, landscape and watershed and NOT regional. Funding: $200K for up to 3 yrs. Application must clearly demonstrate a substantial and meaningful collaboration between the US and Israeli partners.
