Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research: Biomarkers Across Neurodegenerative Diseases- Pre-proposals

The RFA aims to build on the existing momentum to leverage similar activities and increase impact across the neurodegenerative disease spectrum and to stimulate collaborative analyses across the Alzheimer’s disease (AD) and Parkinson’s disease (PD) . Designed to enable preliminary pilot research or proof-of-principle studies. Grant proposals could address, but are not limited to, the following areas of study:
1. Analysis of existing AD/PD datasets
2. Standardization of data acquisition/methods/quality control/assays
3. Biomarker crosstalk between AD and PD.
4. Investigate common mechanisms across the broader spectrum of neurodegenerative diseases
Funding: $150,000 over 2 years.
