Landon Foundation - AACR: INNOVATOR Award in Tumor Microenvironment

Recognizes the outstanding achievement of a junior faculty-level scientist (who is in the first 5 years of a faculty appointment) working in the field of working in the field of tumor microenvironment field, and support his or her research that, if successful, will have potential to advance knowledge on the tumor microenvironment. Proposed projects may be basic, translational, clinical, or epidemiological, including, but not limited to: the role of stroma and extracellular matrix in tumor development, angiogenesis, immunity and inflammation in the tumor microenvironment, as well as approaches to therapeutically target the tumor environment. Funding: $100,000 over 2 years.
