NARSAD: Independent Investigator Award Program in psychiatry

The award will be provided to scientists at the assoc. professor level or equivalent, who are clearly independent and have won national competitive support as PI. Supports basic, as well as translational and/or clinical investigators, however, research must be relevant to understanding, treatment and prevention of serious psychiatric disorders such as schizophrenia, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, or early onset brain and behavior disorders. Funding: $50,000/year over 2 years.
