ISF: BIKURA Individual track for "High Risk" Projects-Full proposal

In contrast to previous years the program will not fund interdisciplinary research per se, but only "high risk" research [as defined in the program guidelines: http://www.isf.org.il/downloads/Applications/Bikura_Guidelines.pdf, (p.2)]. ISF will award up to 5 grants with funding of up to 400,000 NIS/year each. Proposal evaluation will include a preliminary evaluation, success in which will be notified as soon as possible.
