SkolTech/MIT Initiative: Research Centers - Call for White Papers (Round 3)

The Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology (Skolkovo Tech) is a new private graduate university in Russia that was established in 2011 in collaboration with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). SkolTech aims to advance education, scholarship and economic development in form of research centers in the fields of Biomedical Science and Technology, Energy Science and Technology, Information Science and Technology, Nuclear Science and Technology, and Space Science and Technology. They will function as an inter-disciplinary, international research initiative, enabling and building transformational new science and technology capacity at Skoltech. Funding is $6M - $12M per year for a center, up to 5 years.
