- Regular program in Exact Sciences and Humanities: In 2013 the GIF regular program will accept joint research proposals in: Exact Sciences and Humanities. Both basic and applied research projects in all areas will be considered equally. Funding: EUR 200,000 over 3 years.
- Young Scientists Program in ALL Scientific fields: supports researchers within 7 years after completing their Ph.D., M.D., or equivalent degree (at the starting date of the grant). Funding: EUR 40,000 for one year period. Both basic and applied research projects in all areas will be considered equally.
