DOD-CDMRP: Breast Cancer Research Program – Pre-applications

-Innovator Award: provides opportunity to pursue novel, visionary, high-risk ideas that will accelerate progress toward ending breast cancer. Funding: up to $5 million for direct costs over 5 years (plus indirect costs).

-Breakthrough Award: supports promising research that has the potential to lead to or make breakthroughs in breast cancer. Potential impact must move beyond an incremental advancement. There are four different funding levels, based on the scope of research, ranging from $350,000 in direct costs over 3 years up to $10 million in direct costs over 5 years.
