French and Israeli research teams are hereby invited to submit proposals for research projects in the field of: 1. “Cloud Computing: Network, Storage and Security" 2. "Graphene Technologies and Applications" Funding: Projects will be funded for two years with $40,000/year for the Israeli partner and 40,000 Euro/year for the French partner (total of $80,000 and 80,000 Euro respectively over the 2 years period).
