Pazi Fund: Atomic Energy issues - Research, Equipment and Workshops – Preliminary proposals

Pazi fund was established by the Israel Atomic Energy Commission - IAEC (www.iaec.gov.il) and VATA'T in order to advance research, scientific knowledge and training of personnel in issued related to IAEC. To this aim the fund will support collaborative projects of researchers from the academy with IAEC partners.

> Research projects: This year proposals are accepted in the fields of Physics, Chemistry, Material Sciences and Engineering, related to issues in the scope of IAEC. Preliminary proposals of one page are requested by 1.3. Funding: 350,000 NIS per year, for up to 4 years.

> Equipment grants: for the establishment of scientific infrastructure. Funding: up to 5 million NIS for acquisition and breaking-in period, and additional 2 million NIS for subsequent maintenance. Preliminary proposals of two pages are requested by 1.3.

> Workshops and conferences – Funding: up to 100,000 NIS. Applications by 1.5.
