Israel Atomic Energy Commission (IAEC) and the Ministry of Energy and Water Resources: Research on Nuclear Power Plants

The IAEC is soliciting research proposals for 3 years period in the following topics (more details in the call for proposals):
[1] Generation 3 or 3+ Nuclear reactors technology;
[2] Reactors safety;
[3] Possibility of (deep) geological sequestration of nuclear waste in Israel;
[4] Protection of Nuclear Power Stations against hostile events;
[5] Small Modular Reactor (SMR) technology;
[6] Water efficient cooling.
